Duties of the
Vice President
 |
In the absence
of the President and the President-Elect, serve as presiding
officer at all Division meetings or at meetings of the Board
of Directors.
|
|
|
In the event of
a vacancy in the offices of President and President-Elect,
succeed to the office of the President for the unexpired
term.
|
|
|
Serve as
Director of the Division Bylaws and Standing Rules
Committee.
|
|
|
Perform such
other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
