Perform the
duties prescribed by these Bylaws and the Parliamentary
Authority adopted by IAAP (Robert’s Rules of Order Newly
Revised).

|
Be a member ex
officio of all committees except the Nominating Committee.
|
|
|
Call meetings of
the Board of Directors whenever such meetings are necessary.
|
|
|
Keep the
International Director of the District fully informed on all
matters concerning the Division.
|
|
|
Compile and
submit to International Headquarters annual information
required for official Directory.
|
|
|
Perform such
other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors. |
