In the
absence of the President, serve as presiding officer at all
Division meetings or at meetings of the Board of Directors.

In the event of
a vacancy in the office of President, succeed to the office
for the unexpired term.
|
|
|
Succeed
automatically to the office of President at the conclusion
of the term as President-Elect.
|
|
|
Subject to the
Board of Directors approval, appoint Standing and any
Special Committees necessary for the coming year.
|
|
|
Serve as
Historian for the Division.
|
|
|
Prepare the
Division Directory.
|
|
|
Perform other
duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors. |
