Duties of the
Finance Committee
 |
Prepares a
budget to guide the Board of Directors in the expenditure of
Division funds.
|
|
|
Has the
Committee Director approve all expenditures of Division
funds prior to checks being written by Division Treasurer.
|
|
|
Has the Finance
Committee Director, in the absence of the Division
Treasurer, write checks for all expenditures approved by the
Division President.
|
|
|
Promotes and
coordinates fundraising events/activities for the Division
and International funds. |
